AEP’s Policy regarding the return of unused items that are in good saleable condition is as follows:

1) Products may be returned only after obtaining a return authorization number from AEP,

 

2) Customer is responsible for freighting items back to AEP (AEP can arrange freight pickup for customer but customer is responsible for corresponding freight charge), Customer will not be reimbursed cost of original freight,

 

3) Rush fees will not be reimbursed,

 

4) Customer will only be reimbursed original amount paid minus a 20% restocking fee,

 

5) Items must be returned to AEP within 30 days of invoice date, and

 

6) Hot-stamped items are Non-Returnable.
